For the 48 contiguous United States, PAINRX offer Ground shipping and 2-4 days expedited shipping. For Alaska and Hawaii orders, we ship 2-4 days by air only. The default shipping is Ground Shipping (for heavy-weight items, it may be Freight Shipping).
Shipping Time:
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. We try our best to always have stock on hand, but occasionally items may sell out before more inventory arrives. If possible we will drop ship your order directly from the manufacturer. We will charge your account for the item even if it is on backorder. Paid orders have first priority when backorders arrive. If at anytime you wish to cancel your backorder, as long as the item has not already shipped before you cancel, your account will be refunded in full right away. If shipped, the item must be returned and then a full refund will be issued.
The number of days your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you chose and your location. If you chose expedited shipping, your order will reach you in 2 to 4 business days. Ground Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to (West Coast takes the shortest, East Coast is the longest). "Business days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Some items may list a stock status of "temporarily out of stock". This means we are waiting for our next shipment from the manufacturer. We receive daily shipments from our various distributors; pre-ordering this item will automatically prioritize your order once we receive this item.
Manufacturer Direct Shipping:
Products with an item status of "Standard" ship directly from the manufacturer. Except for custom massage tables, which may take up to 10 business days to produce and ship, most manufactures ship their product within 24 hours. Items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel. We can confirm the date the item was shipped and, upon request, provide you with tracking information. Please call our customer service number.
Oversized Shipping Costs (O/S)
Some larger items are oversized and require special handling. Shipping charges in the item description are in addition to standard shipping and handling charges. These charges are shown in parentheses next to the item's price.
RETURN POLICY:
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement, credit, or refund within 30 days of shipment date. Items over 60 days of shipment date may not be returned.
All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee and required a Return Authorization from PAINRX. The restocking fee may be waive if merchandise is being returned for store credit. Products must be returned unopened, if in sealed packaging. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any additional fees. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, email us at painrx@painrxstore.com. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
Defective/Damaged Products:
Although we carry high quality products, we recognize that sometimes there will be that pesky defective or damaged unit that you were unlucky enough to receive. Within 30 days of the shipped date you receive your order, we will gladly replace or repair the item for you at no additional cost to you. PAINRX will refund shipping costs on defective merchandise.
Non-Returnable Products:
If opened, the following goods may not be returned: Wedges, Lotion, Cream,Oil, Topical analgesics or patch, Ankle, Back, Knee Supports, Pillows, Heating Pads, cold packs, insoles, heel cushions, CD, DVD, books, and special orders. Most of these items are non-returnable items due to health and sanitary reasons.
How to Return a Product:
1. Email painrx@painrxstore.com and request a Return Authorization Number. Include the buyer's full name, reason for return, Original order number and date of purchase, name of product being returned, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. If original order confirmation email available, use this email message in your request.
2. You will receive an email from us with a determination of your orders eligibility, a Return Authorization # and Return Address.
3. If your order qualified for return, print out the above email with your Authorization # and make a copy of your invoice to pack with your return item.
4. Pack any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all the original components, materials and documentation. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this manner.
5. Mark the outside of the Box with the Return Authorization # and ship to the supplied return address. Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground or USPS with insurance.
6. Email us with the Tracking or Delivery Confirmation Number.
After we receive your return, we will inspect your product, and process your return. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.
Cancel Or Change an Order
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please email us immediately at painrx@painrxstore.com. If your merchandise has been shipped already, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us and a restocking fee of 15 percent charged to your account. Once we received the merchandise, we will process your refund.
SALES TAX:
